Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every piece of jewelry we craft is produced with exact precision and care. Because our pieces are Made-To-Order, we maintain specific and transparent guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• 12-Hour Grace Period (Made-To-Order): You may request to cancel your Made-To-Order purchase within 12 hours of placing the order for a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Beyond 12 hours, raw materials (gold, platinum, diamonds, gemstones) are allocated and casting/crafting commences. Cancellations requested after 12 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking and metal recasting fee.
• "In Stock" Items: Orders for ready-to-ship pieces can be cancelled anytime prior to dispatch for a full refund.
• Bespoke / Engraved / Customized Items: Orders involving custom engravings, custom gemstone mountings, or bespoke modifications cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return terms are as follows:

• "In Stock" Items: Eligible for a return or full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery receipt.
• Made-To-Order Items: Due to the custom fabrication nature of made-to-order manufacturing, these items are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to a 15% handling fee.
• Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke jewelry, engraved items, third-party altered/resized pieces, items showing physical wear or missing security tags, and loose gemstones with broken seals are strictly non-returnable.

3. Return Conditions & Certificate Penalty

To qualify for a valid return or exchange:

• Condition: The item must be in pristine, unworn, and original condition.
• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (including presentation box, outer box, and protective pouch).
• Physical Gemstone Certificates: The original GIA, IGI, or lab certificate must be returned intact. A missing physical certificate will result in a mandatory $150 – $250 USD replacement fee deducted from your store credit or refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our Concierge Team at info@kaskade.jewelry within 7 calendar days of receiving your package, specifying your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and secure shipping instructions.
3. Unapproved returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.
4. Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
