Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kaskade Jewelry, we understand the sentiment and extraordinary value attached to every piece of fine jewelry. We take extensive precautions to ensure your purchase is securely crafted, fully insured, and delivered safely to your hands.

1. Production & Dispatch Timelines

• Made-To-Order Pieces: Production begins immediately following order verification and payment confirmation. Crafting typically takes 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) prior to dispatch.
• "In Stock" Pieces: Ready-to-ship items undergo final quality control and security checks, and are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• Bespoke / Custom Modifications: Orders requiring custom gemstone sourcing, unique CAD designs, or custom hand-engravings may require an extended production lead time of 2 to 4 weeks, which will be confirmed prior to commencing work.

2. Fully Insured Shipping & Courier Services

• Transit Insurance: Every package dispatched by Kaskade Jewelry is 100% covered by third-party transit insurance against loss, damage, or theft from the moment it leaves our studio until it is signed for at your address.
• Express Courier Partners: We ship exclusively via premier express couriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, and SF Express, depending on your shipping destination.
• Mandatory Adult Signature: Due to the high value of our products, an adult signature (18+) is strictly required upon delivery. Couriers are strictly prohibited from leaving parcels unattended on doorsteps, porches, or delivering to P.O. Boxes.

3. Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Once your piece passes final inspection and is packed, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS containing your tracking number, shipping carrier details, and estimated delivery date.

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customs Duties & VAT: For international orders shipped outside our primary operating country/region, local import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, or administrative fees may be levied by your local government upon arrival.
• Customer Responsibility: Import taxes and duties are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in parcel return will incur return transit charges deducted from any applicable store credit or refund.
